Note: If we don’t hear back within 3 days after sending the initial design, it will be automatically marked as approved, and we’ll proceed with production.

Upload Your Photo: Click “choose image” and select the picture you’d like to use. Make sure the image is clear and high-quality for the best outcome.

Choose Your Set: Pick the Brickies set you’d like — whether it’s a single figure or up to three Brickies.

Repeat if You’d Like: Want to create more Brickies using different photos? Just repeat the steps with each new image.

Once you’ve uploaded your photo and chosen your set, you’re good to go! Simply add it to your cart, and we’ll handle the rest.

Each package comes with a sturdy gift box featuring a heart design and bags filled with your personalized brick pieces. Everything you need to build your custom Brickies is neatly packed and ready to go. Now you’re all set to enjoy your new Brickies!

After placing your order, you’ll have 24 hours to request a refund before we begin producing your Brickies.

Since each Brickies set is custom-made, refunds cannot be issued once production has started. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

In total, you can expect your Brickies to arrive within 12–20 days after your order is confirmed.
